One of my goals with ROAR is to reform the party rules to get proportional representation of delegates. Currently in most states Republican primaries are winner take all. Here in South Carolina, John McCain led with a 27% plurality but got 100% of the state's delegates to the national convention.

I am not about electing Ron Paul or any specific candidate at this point. However, we do need rules that are fair and democratic. If Ron Paul, as an example, gets 5% of the popular vote in a state, he should also get 5% of that state's delegates. His name should be placed in nomination, and the delegates get to vote. That's the way we nominated candidates for about 100 years before the RINO's gradually hijacked the process.
